I'm pretty sure American universities don't account for more than 1% of all of the world.

idk colleges in Canada are full of Frat boys, and I'm sure in Europe they have something similar, yah your right though, its likely not anywhere near 1% of the world's population

There's nothing like that over here, i mean like you dont live at your college in NZ you live in some cheap flat nearby instead the closest thing we've got to a frat boy is a guy selling weed from his doorstep...

Given that I study at a European university, I can tell you, it's purely an American thing. Yeah, we've got sport guys, and we've got heavy drinkers, but we don't have fraternities or anything like that.
