Hi
My computer died *sniff* and is going to be a long time until i can repair it (motherboard problem). Could any one here tell to some Imm to save my character, his name is Mornaur.
As soon i can fix it (o buy a new one *ouch*) I'll be back online again.
Thanks
Mornaur
Don't delete my character please!

If Quanqued doesn't see this message, I'll pass it along to him or Foxbird tonight. I can't promise you that this will happen, but I don't imagine it'd be a problem. They *should* be able to place your character in stasis, if I recall correctly.

Characters can be saved. The best method is to send an email to cthulhumud@foxpaws.net requesting us to save the character if you plan on being gone for an extended period.
After coming back from an extended period, we will then accept requests to restore the pfile from the same email that sent the original request. If that's not available, or we feel some additional confirmation, we may ask for some additional piece of information.
Keep in mind that the cleanup varies based on the level of the character. So a newbie character who hasn't logged on in 2 weeks would be deleted, while a remort might be idle for months and not be deleted. The more time and effort you invest, the longer your pfile will stick around.
