With a website, you'll want to start spreading the word the moment it's up and running. It's the word itself that you will want to change once there's some content.

I'll check out the site in another day or two, when I get some time, and see what we can do about search engine optimization. You may want to remind me about that. I get side tracked easily.

I stopped updating it because I was getting burned out and the others were busy with rpg development projects. I took it down because I've moved and dropped my Comcast account. Since it hadn't been updated in a year, I figured there was no need to keep it posted. It'll go back up, probably sometime later this year, if I get the podcast worked out.

I'm thinking 15-minute episodes, styled loosely after 1930's radio broadcasts, would be appropriate, with the occasional longer episode being thrown into the mix when interviews (and possibly satirical short stories) are included. The old DH crew seem interested, at least in doing some script writing if not recording, and there are a few folks kicking around here whom I'll invite to participate. It should prove to be more fun than the old website format was.

i know what you mean, but there really is no reason for an audience to be there yet.. take a look and you'll see, it's just a forum where we're kicking ideas around, preparing our first batch of content.

but as soon as we build a proper home page, and have at least a few things to read and look at, i won't waste any time in letting folks know about it

None whatever-I'm just not quite finished with the story idea.
I have you on bookmark, and you'll see copy soon enough.
I rarely sign up for anything on line any more, it tends to generate spam or at least messages I don't want to bother with.

I would like to make you a musical piece or two, to set the mood perhaps?

Let me know if this would be something you would like me to play with. I will not charge you, or demand credit for this.

certainly — if you produce an 'original work of disturbing imagination' in musical form, we'll include it along with the writing and artwork.

maybe we can loop some of it on the table on contents, too.. if it's sort of ambient, not overbearing. but either way, we can make use of musical input.

since FH is a non-commercial enterprise, it's good that you are willing to forgo remuneration. however i am inclined to give prominent credit to each person who contributes to the effort.

let us know what you come up with. register in the FH forum, and one of us will give you access to the submissions area. that's where we'll figure out the best application of your material

My piece is about half finished, just so you know I've not been idle.
I want to see if I can find an unfamiliar twist for it.
