How to play DVD Movie on iPad on Mac OS X
iPad is the latest innovative product developed by Apple which is similar to the older (and smaller) iPod Touch and iPhone. We can use iPad to browse the Internet, load and stream media, send emails, read e-book, listen music, watch movies, etc. We can also get a lot of music and video content from iTunes store. The pain is, we have to pay for every song or movies we buy. Even today, getting video content is still a bit of a challenge. That's where this tutorial comes in: if you already have a bundle of DVD movies, this step-by-step guide will show you how to rip DVD to iPad on Mac OS X, convert DVD to iPad on Mac(Snow Leopard included).
Below is the step by step guide on how to convert DVD to iPad for Mac
Step1. Download and install Mac DVD Ripping Software
Then, just insert your favorite DVD on the DVD-ROM and load your DVD files to DVD Ripper for Mac through "Load DVD". Alternatively, you can hit "Load IFO" to import IFO files. In a minute, your DVD files will be listed at the main panel. There you can learn your original video duration and trimmed video duration if you have trimmed your DVD movies.
Note, if you are using Windows and want to rip DVD to iPad, you can refer to DVD Ripper for Windows.
Step2. Output Setting
Select "iPad" from the output formats list in "format" drop-down list. Go to "Output" to set the output directory to save the converted files. You can also adjust other settings such as video quality, audio track, Bitrates, aspect ratio, brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.
Step3. convert DVD to iPad Mac
When the settings are done, click the "Start" button to start conversion. And then the program will automatically start to convert DVD to iPad on Mac OS X. When the conversion is finished, you can click "Open" to locate the file in your hard drive.
