Hmm. There's one floating around about a chick going crazy after someone stuck a human arm in her bed as a joke, I'm sure I could try something there.

Hmm. What about something in the lines of a man that has lost an arm from the shoulder in some industrial accident and keeps seeing his severed arm attempting to commit murder by a shadowy figure or something like that?
