political Compass

Post by Eidolon »

Every now and then it's good to get your bearings.
I found a test/graph online, called the political compass. I think it's quite a neat way of seeing where the members stand in comparison with each other, without them necessarily having to debate or whatever. Like a poll, only more precise.

Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.85

Dunno what it means but the test gave me this.

Pretty much on par with the Libertarian Party. Sounds about right.

I am not a big fan of that political test, I think its a bit skewed to the left and I am not keen on some of the choices. This one is far better and more accurate imo. http://www.theadvocates.org/quiz.html

Hmm... he's less evil than Azathoth but more evil than Maggie Thatcher. So, yeah, that's bad.

That's about the same as Nelson Mandela, so it's about right. I thought I'd be a bit more liberal than the guy, but it's not the be-all and end-all.
