Die Farbe

Post by Torwaechter »

Greetings!

I'd like to show you the teaser trailer for "Die Farbe" - a German adaptation of "The Colour Out of Space" (yes, another one ;)) which we are going to shoot this summer.
So this is only some sort of foretaste for what's to come.

Hope you like it - please let us know what you think about it:

there's a medium quality Flash embedded video on our website as well as a high quality H.264 file for download (see under 'findings')
http://www.die-farbe.com

and the obligatory low quality version on YouTube

Yes, that's because we didn't have started shooting yet, so it's really only a short glimpse on some atmospheric vfx shots with voice over.

Looks neat, European B movies are often better than shitty American ones, as long as its set in the 1880's I'll be a happy camper.

Last week our first shooting ended after 16 days. It cost us sweat and pain, but the effort paid out, beautiful shots could be made. Making of pictures of the shooting can be seen now under 'Findings'.

Unfortunately we also did exceed the scheduled budget, thereby threatening the second shooting. You can support us by becoming a sponsor. Every contribution is highly welcome!

Hey guys, we're closing in on the film's completion - still some big VFX shots to do, but in some weeks it'll be finished I hope.
On our website you can subscribe to a newsletter now, so that we can inform you about the release, as soon as we know when the DVD is coming out.

EDIT:
We have a twitter page now for small news if someone likes to keep track of what we're doing:
