As you can see, the Temple of Dagon has had some serious updates. The layout has been re-made, and new sections are being added. The 'Reviews' section is coming very soon, as well as some other suprises! Smile

If you have any questions or comments about the site, you can discuss them in the forum, or contact me directly.

Two new stories are up! 'Sorcerous Voyage' by Eric Norton and 'The Elemental Drug' by Adrian Shepard. Please let them know what you think!

Please let me know if you have any issues with the new layout, or anything else! I have been going through all the pages testing everything but something may have slipped by Smile

I like how you did the updates on this one. I am trying to get something going as far as a charity anthology -- the theme is natural disasters. I was wondering if you know any publishers who would do all proceeds of the royalities then donate them to the relief effort. Damn I am starting to sound like a politician.

I think we may have lost the hit counters on the writers' pages.

I will check into the hit counter. I could of sworn I moved those over.

I also seem to be having an intermittent problem with the DNS servers for my ISP.

Every once in a while (for the past 2 days), I have not been able to access the site.

If I do not have the 'www' prefix, I can view it just fine. With the 'www', I cannot even ping the server.

I had some other people test it out in my town, and they cannot see it, but anyone outside the local ISP can see it just fine. strange eh?

Maybe they are doing some DNS updates or something, but it is seriously annoying me. None of my other sites are effected either.

Hm. I see the hit-counter fine on your page. It is at the bottom left, under the comment boxes.

Were you not seeing it on anyones?

Haven't seen any problems. The new look is fantastic, Al. Good job!

Here is a sneak preview of the review section. I am still working out the details:

You're right it is still there. I just couldn't see it because it was blending in with the gray bar running down the side. It appeared when I highlighted all the text in that area however.

gray bar running down the side??? Smile

What OS/Browser do you use? Would it be possible to send me a screenshot? The only thing behind the hit counter should be the parchment-style background.
