The Lovecraft-Borges Connection

Post by Hodgson »

Borges read Lovecraft and dedicated the story "There are More Things" to him. Here are some links.

i'll check out these links, but i just wanted to mention this problem i've had occasionally. long strings of text without spaces can throw the page out of whack, by stretching out the structure of the tables.. one solution is to use the [url] tag in the links, so the actual url isn't displayed

this is interesting. i don't think i've read anything by borges.. if/when i do, i hope it's not an auto-translation.

somebody should do the old translator shuffle on an hpl story.. english to spanish to german to french to english.

it's scientific, like a computer simulation of going back in time and giving the author brain damage
